At Berrilume, we are committed to providing a seamless experience and maintaining the highest standards of product integrity. As a brand dedicated to flavor innovation, we ensure our miracle berry tablets are handled with the utmost care from our fulfillment center in Pune to your doorstep.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Prepaid Exclusivity: To ensure priority handling and secure fulfillment, Berrilume operates on a prepaid-only model. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Dispatch Timeline: Once your order is confirmed, it undergoes a quality check and is dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Batch Shipping: To maintain product freshness and logistical efficiency, we may utilize batch shipping. You will receive an automated alert as soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner.

Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading logistics aggregators to provide nationwide coverage.

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 business days post-dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 3–4 business days post-dispatch.

  • Note: These timelines are estimates and may occasionally be impacted by regional holidays, extreme weather, or logistical disruptions.

Tracking & Responsibility

  • Tracking: Once in transit, you will receive a unique Tracking ID via email and/or SMS to monitor your shipment’s real-time progress.

  • Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including PIN code and mobile number). Berrilume is not liable for non-delivery or "Return to Origin" (RTO) cases caused by incorrect details. Re-shipping charges may apply.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the consumable and edible nature of our products, Berrilume tablets are non-returnable once the shipment has been delivered. We do not accept returns based on a change of mind or personal taste preference.

Eligibility for Replacement

We offer replacements only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Transit Damage: The product packaging or the tablets are physically damaged upon arrival.

  2. Order Mismatch: You received a product different from the one specified in your order confirmation.

The 48-Hour Reporting Protocol

To be eligible for a resolution, any discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Evidence: You must provide clear photographic and/or video proof of the damaged or incorrect item, including the outer shipping label and invoice.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept items where the safety seal has been tampered with or broken.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Refund Process: Approved refunds (for cases where a replacement is unavailable) are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Damaged Shipments: If the outer shipping box appears heavily tampered with or open upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately.
